Every call answered.Call center software for Ethiopia

Halo answers your callers or turns missed calls into callbacks, and alerts your supervisors when too few agents are ready. Built in Addis Ababa for Ethio Telecom SIP lines and Amharic voice menus.

What Halo does

Never miss a caller

Every part of Halo is built around one promise: your callers are answered, or called back.

Queues that keep callers informed

Callers hear their place in line, VIP callers go first, and a busy queue can offer a callback instead of a long wait.

How call queues work
Halo queue tiles: callers waiting, longest wait and the callback offer for each queue

Missed calls become callback tasks

Callers who hang up while waiting, voicemails and callback requests land on one shared list. A task closes itself when the customer is reached.

Alerts when too few agents are ready

Supervisors get a Telegram alert when fewer than 2 agents are ready in a queue for 5 minutes in open hours, and a critical alert when nobody is logged in.

One system

One call center system, not five tools

One call center solution covers phones, voice menus, queues, callbacks, recordings, the wallboard, shifts and reports. Some call it a contact center. Halo is one system for the whole floor.

Questions

Does Halo run on our own server?
Yes. Halo runs on a server for your company alone, either your own or one from Skynet. Calls, recordings and history are kept on it, with encrypted nightly backups on a second server in Ethiopia. The starting size is 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM and a 500 GB SSD on Debian 13.
Does it work with Ethio Telecom?
Yes. Halo is built for Ethio Telecom SIP trunks: many registered line identities, inbound calls identified by IP, caller ID set to your trunk's numbers, and a channel reservation so automatic calls never block agents. Skynet arranges and tests the trunk during setup.
Can callers hear Amharic?
Yes. Voice menus and queue messages are your own recordings, in Amharic or any language. You upload MP3, WAV, OGG or M4A files and Halo plays them on the line.
How is Halo priced?
Per seat, once a year, plus a one-time setup. A seat is one person with a softphone, and supervisors listen in for free. See pricing .
